Iced Chai Latte

Bring 4 cups of milk to a simmer with 1/4cup of Take Charge Chai Tea.
Stir and let simmer for about 15 minutes.
Remove from heat
Add honey to taste, stir
Cool for 15 minutes
Fill blender with ice
Pour Chai milk through a fine strainer into blender
Blend till consistency is desirable – you want more ice to thicken

Chamomile Mint Iced Tea Lemonaid
What a golden, smooth and delicious cup of sunshine for a hot afternoon on the verandah!
3 tablespoons Chamomile Catnip Calendula blend
1 tablespoon of dried spearmint
4 cups boiled water
steep 10 minutes
juice 4 medium or large lemons
strain tea into pitcher with lemon juice
1/2 cup unpasteurized honey added to warm tea till melted
