We make the Nettle, Mint, Stevia tea strong and add ice on a regular basis but there are a few special iced teas that we bring to potlucks, picnics or bbq’s. These are gorgeous, delicious and refreshing; always a hit!
Elegant Elderberry Iced Tea
6 Tablespoons of Elderberry, Echinacea Take Charge tea
8 cups boiling water
steep 30 minutes then strain
add 1/2 cup honey to hot tea and stir to melt
pour tea over large jug filled with ice
We like to use a clear jug because the color of this iced tea is so wonderful. It looks like wine!

I’ve been making ice tea with your green tea/fennel/ginger blend. Also very nice and refreshing.
