Is there a tea that is good for osteoporosis. I know it won’t cure me…but is there some kind of tea that I can benefit from?

–Thanks, Ann

I have a tea blend that I recommend for osteoporosis. It is the Oatstraw, Lavender, Lemonbalm. Aside from the fact that oatstraw is the most important herbal source of calcium, it also is very calming, supports the central nervous system and causes a good restful night of sleep. Good luck, and thanks for your interest!
