A gorgeous country market with delicious locally brewed coffee, breakfast fare and Mali’s famous Thai food to enjoy if you come a little later in the morning or lunchtime but come before noon because it closes at 1pm.

Located North on Carp road about 10 minutes from the queensway, Carp market is the original, and for many years was biggest “local only” farmers market in the area. You will find seasonal vegetables, interesting mushrooms, beautifully designed mini-cakes, gorgeous flaky pastries, herbal tea, oils and vinegars, elk, organic beef, and lamb. In the crafters building or outside you will find hand sewn dolls, photography, quilts, glasswork, goat milk soap, skin creams, knitting, jewellery and various other artistic expressions.

It’s a safe quiet and friendly market with a family atmosphere where the kids can run and enjoy the space, the sunshine and clean air.

It’s really worth the visit
